Stranger Things

The solution to fix the garbage dumpster fire that stranger Things has become is to rewrite the whole thing with actual coherent developmental storytelling.

I have no quarrel with seasons one or two. Three is where I start to get annoyed. My fix is to never have created the character Robin. She is the most annoying thing on the planet. Also, the whole Russian base under the mall is the dumbest plot I've ever heard of.

What I would do to season 3 is make Steve work in like a skate shop or something cool. Not some stupid ice cream shop. Then I would have made him hear something on Dustin's radio and he thinks it's from The movie Red Dawn cuz he hears Russian. Then they work together as a good team as they should and resolve that there are Russians in the town. They are in secret bases. They are amongst them but we don't have some stupid super mall covering it all up. I would also get rid of the annoying siblings. We don't need Lucas's sister.

I really loved season 4. It was dark and it was gritty. It felt like season 1. The only thing to improve season 4 is getting rid of stupid Robin. I also don't like that they made Jonathan a druggie. I would not have The stupid long-haired California friend with them.

If you even look at season 5 on the internet you will see all the rantings and all the issues of terrible storytelling. Why are we following around Mike's little sister? Why is the focus not on Ell? Why are Steve and Dustin fighting so much? They could have been the power key players to fixing things. There's so much drawn out. Stupid wasted dialogue that you could have already cut out 40 minutes if not more of this season and it wouldn't change the story.

The show should have focused strictly on the four kids and Ell and Max, Hopper, Joyce, Steve, Jonathan, Nancy. NO ONE ELSE!
And lastly. Why did we cut the balls off of Steve and kick him to the ground? He could have been the coolest character ever.
